Northern Horizons Mechanical is authorized by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) for the following work:
- Power Boiler work (“S”)
- Pressure Piping (“PP”)
- Manufacture of Pressure Vessels (“U”)
We are also authorized by the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors to perform the following :
- Repairs and alterations to power boilers and pressure vessels (“R”)
Our Projects are designed according to customers unique needs and meet the jurisdictional code requirements. We track Quality using job specific inspection and test plans.
Northern Horizons Mechanical has qualified welding procedures which cover a variety of materials including stainless steel alloys, chrome alloys, titanium, nickel alloys, and aluminum.
We employ craftsman, welders, qualified and experienced in processes, such as SMAW, GTAW, FCAW. Our craftsman are also experienced in heavy equipment rigging, equipment setting and alignment, boiler equipment maintenance, high pressure steam and piping.
