COATING & SANDBLASTING
We specialize in abrasive blast cleaning of steel structures (sand
blasting and other methods), and protective coatings to make the
structure last under tough environmental conditions without corrosion.
Our clients typically include pipelines and facilities. We handle
large steel structures weighing several tons as well as small metal
pieces. Our metal corrosion control includes abrasive blast cleanin
methods such as sandblasting and other methods according to SSPC
standards, customized to your needs. We offer a variety of protective
coatings suited for your particular project. Northern Horizons,

HYDROSTATIC TESTING
Ensuring your pipeline is stable and able to hold its pressure
is critical. Northern Horizons, Inc. offers hydrostatic testing
where your pipeline is filled with water and pressure is slowly
applied to the liquid until the maximum allowable operating pressure
is reached. This pressure test is held for a specified period of
time at which time the pipeline is NATA Certified to a maximum
working pressure.
MILLWRIGHT SERVICES
Over 15 years experience in fabrication and installation of plant
equipment; maintenance, repair and replacement of plant equipment,
and emergency shutdown work. Specializing in design & estimation
projects for plant operations.
HIGH PRESSURE STEAM PIPING
Licensed to install, upgrade or repair industrial and commercial
high pressure steam piping systems in Minnesota. Boiler Erection,
Installation & Repair - emergency boiler installation, or upgrade/repair
(including re-tubing) of existing boilers (including wood, coal,
oil, natural gas, or alternative fuels).
PLUMBING
Licensed to install, repair or upgrade commercial and industrial
plumbing and hot water heating systems.
